Moon&Stars tickets can be purchased on the Moon&Stars website, on www.ticketcorner.ch or via the order hotline 0900 800 800 (CHF 1.19/min). Important: these are the exclusive ticket sales points. The organiser explicitly warns against buying tickets on other online platforms.
The following platforms are not authorized by Moon&Stars: Viagogo, Alltickets, Onlineticketsshop, Ticketbande, Ebay, Ricardo, and many more. On these platforms professional and private ticket dealers speculate on the purchase and sale of overpriced concert tickets.
People under the age of 16 are not admitted to the concerts without an adult. For children and teenagers accompanied by an adult, a limited number of standing tickets with reduced prices is available: children under the age of 8 pay CHF 5.00. Children and adolescents between the ages of 8 and 16 pay CHF 49.50. The day of the concert is the reference date (ID required). VIP packages and the Golden Circle are excluded. In the event of non-compliance, the organiser declines any responsibility or liability for damage or injury to a visitor.
The resale of festival tickets is strictly prohibited. For security reasons, the organiser also strongly disadvises the purchase of tickets from anyone. Anybody who attempts to gain admission using copied or counterfeit tickets will be suspected of ticket misuse and prosecuted under the law.
Every evening at least two acts will play in the Piazza Grande (except Sunday, 21 July 2019). The first artist plays about 75 minutes and the main act about 90 minutes. The concert times are as shown below (exceptions are the two Sundays):
